how to order

The ordering and payment process at Hat House is simple and secure.

To make your selection, simply browse the shop and click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button next to each item you wish to purchase.

Each time you add an item you will be taken to your shopping basket which will show you everything you have selected. From here you can amend your selection, continue shopping or checkout.

If you want to amend the quantity you wish to purchase you can change the number in the quantity box alongside the relevant item. To remove something completely set the quantity to 0 (zero). Press the "Update" button to effect your change.

If you want to remove all items in your basket press the "Empty Basket" button.

Press the "continue shopping" link at the bottom right of shopping basket page and you will be taken back to the shop.

When you have finished shopping, click the "proceed to checkout" link. From your shopping basket this link is below your basket to the right. From the shop, you can use the green checkout link in the box at the bottom left of the page.

Once you choose to checkout there are two easy steps to complete your purchase.

Step 1. Delivery Instructions

Complete the simple online form to capture you delivery details then press the "Proceed to Final Invoice" button which will take you to your invoice, updated with your delivery details and charges. There is also a "print this page" option should you wish to retain a paper record of your purchase.

Step 2. Payment

You can make your payment safely and securely by credit card through PayPal (you don't even have to be registered with PayPal to use this option). Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or direct bank deposit, or use a Hat House gift voucher to pay for all or part of your purchase. Choose your preferred payment method by pressing the appropriate button below your final invoice.

New Credit Card Option If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone please complete your order using the "Pay by Bank" option then call me on 0407 820 126 with your credit card handy.

Note: If you have a gift voucher but your total invoice exceeds the gift voucher value, select the gift voucher payment option first. Once you have completed the steps to pay using a gift voucher you will be returned to your invoice, which will be reduced by to amount of your voucher. You can then select another button to pay the balance due.
